Payments: When you place an order, payments are process immediately. All items are charged in AUD$, all other currencies shown on this website are for your convenience. We are not responsible for any extra conversion fees charged by your bank or changes in exchange rates. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Direct Deposits and Australian Postal Money Orders. If payment is processed by PayPal, the shipping address must match to your PayPal account.
Product Availability: All items are currently available at time of last update and will be sent out within a few business days (except name patches & namebadge which are explained below). If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer and if no suitable substitute item is agreed upon, a refund for the item is issued (within 2 business days).
Postage Within Australia: On any quantity of embroidered patches or metal badges we charge a flat rate of AUD$8.00 and your order is sent by Express Post. All others items are sent by Express Post where possible and may have extra charges (automatically calculated by the website). Wooden models, namebadges and other large items are always sent by registered post. Once items are sent and a tracking number has been provided, Lukus Productions is not responsible or liable for any delays by Australia Post.
Postage Outside Australia: To find out postage for any item on our website, you may add the items to your shopping cart and this will allow you to calculate postage for any combinations of items (this can be done before adding any personal or payment details). Once items are sent and a tracking number has been provided, Lukus Productions is not responsible or liable for any delays by the shipping companies involved.
Name Patches & Namebadges: Names provided are embroidered/engraved into the name patch/namebadge where you see "your name here". Colours are represented as close as possible but variation to the real patch/badge may occur. As these items are individually embroidered/engraved please allow up to 21 days for delivery. This delivery time is only for orders with Name patches or Namebadges.
Returns: All sales are final. In the event of the item being faulty, replacements will be sent after the original has been returned (at our discretion). Please contact us ASAP if you have a faulty or incorrect item and retain the original packaging for returning your order. Lukus Productions is not responsible for postage company's mishandling. If a customer decides to cancel an order before we send it, a re-stocking charge may occur.
Credit Card Fraud: We find credit card fraud to be a very serious crime and pursue such action to the full extent of the law (Fraud transactions are geographically located, then proper authorities at that area are automatically contacted). Customers IP addresses are recorded when ordering for this purpose.
